Kevin Ward is the master at writing sales scripts. But as great as Kevin’s sales scripts are, he admits they are only a tool, and that there are good scripts and bad scripts.
There are also professionals and amateurs.

To be a professional real estate agent, you need a good script, and you need a commitment to training your sales skills.
